6 Team Building Activities for your company

At Playlor! our team spends a lot of time coming up with new team building activities. Sometimes these activities are a little more complicated to organise, other times they are a little more simple. We don’t like keeping secrets, so here’s a video on a recent team building activity – the Playlor! 100 seconds Challenge! – we organised for a client.
This Challenge! was one of the eight Challenges! the clients went through for a half day team building session. Remember to continue reading this article for a description of this Challenge!
Challenge Description
The participants have to work together as a team in a relay format. Each participant has to complete a mini-Challenge before the next participant can begin on his/her station. The team has 100 seconds to complete all the stations, otherwise they will have to start all over again. If one of the team members fail to complete a station, the entire team starts over again. This Challenge! builds teamwork, helps the team members understand that there is always a potential for failure and teaches them how to give their team members support in those trying times.
